Chris brings over 14 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, with a strong foundation in both clinical practice and leadership. He began his career with a three-year research and practicum experience, where he supervised team members and presented at professional conferences. In his current role as Clinical Director of Training, Chris mentors newly certified BCBAs, oversees the student supervision program, and leads ongoing professional development through CEUs and monthly trainings focused on evidence-based practices. He is passionate about blending creativity with structured teaching to help children build meaningful skills and express their individuality. Outside of work, Chris enjoys disc golf, traveling, reading, and playing Magic! His guiding belief: a person who has been positively reinforced can achieve almost anything!
