Nicole Rudolph is a BCBA and Licensed Behavior Analyst with over 8 years of experience providing and supervising ABA services for individuals ages 2–21 across home, clinic, school, and community settings. As BCBA School Coordinator, she focuses on helping teams collaborate effectively across environments to ensure students receive consistent, meaningful support. Nicole is especially passionate about early intervention with toddlers and preschool-aged children, as well as supporting pre-teens and adolescents in developing confidence, self-advocacy, and functional independence. Her clinical approach emphasizes functional communication, trauma-informed care, compassion-focused practices, and person-centered values to ensure services are effective and respectful of each individual’s needs. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and gardening!
