Sara  has been in the field of ABA and special education for the past 22 years, with a deep passion for early intervention as her specialty niche. As Regional Clinical Director at Connect n Care ABA, she oversees clinical quality across her region, supports and mentors BCBAs, and ensures that services are delivered with consistency, integrity, and a strong focus on individualized care. She is dedicated to improving the lives of both her clients and team members, consistently encouraging those around her to grow and be their very best. Sara is known for her compassionate approach and commitment to creating meaningful, supportive learning experiences for young children and their families. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new parks and playgrounds, and working on puzzles!
